The act of Bullying is an act of domestic violence plain and simple
To bully someone is to intimidate someone , which is an act of domestic violence
To continue to allow bullies in school is morally wrong
Children can engage in activities which causes them to lose their privledge of going to school
Suspend bullies
Require both the parents and the child to attend the standard 26 weeks of domestic violence class before the child is allowed to reenter the school system with a certificate of completion
When the behavior is repeated then expel the bully from the school system
This gives the child the opportunity to identify their wrongful actions and understand the hurtful effects on others and correct their minds and actions
This also gives the parents the tools and knowledge to help adjust the childs behavior
Every county in the US has a domestic violence 2 hour 1 time per week for 6 months program in place now
The school systems simply have to take the tools already in place an use them to the advantage of all the students
This will benifit the bully , the bully's parents and the student body as a whole
